Ms. Brugger is an Associate Planner at Pennoni. She received her master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey. She is also nationally certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners. Ms. Brugger is experienced in transportation, comprehensive, and quantitative planning methods in a variety of planning studies, including corridor planning, multi-municipal plans, comprehensive master plans, park and open space plans, and trail and greenway feasibility plans, among others. Ms. Brugger has worked with a variety of client types, including municipalities, planning boards, County planning departments, and private stakeholder groups. She is adept at public outreach, data analysis, public policy and best management practice research strategies, and bringing innovative planning concepts to projects. Ms. Brugger is active in the board of the Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association and regularly attends seminars related to updates in transportation planning, land use law, and planning policy regulations.
